INDUCTION PHASE

Induction Phase Steps Fasting and Keto – to Induce (Kick Start / Get into) Ketosis ( on a Keto Diet / Ketones / Ketosis / Ketoacidosis) Faster Time

  1. Prepare Honey Immunator (IH), Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), and Green Tea
  2. Stop eating at 8 pm, and break the fast at 12 noon the next day.
  3. During fasting window (8 PM – 12 AM), drink only: IH, VCO, Water, Coffee / tea (without sugar / low calorie sugar), broth (mandatory for underweight)
  4. Since 12 noon when open until 8 pm, it is the dining window.
