Fastest way to archieve / enter / go / get back your body into ketosis (after carb up).

There are several sizes that can show the body is in ketosis :

  1. Show with low blood sugar levels
  2. There is ketone in the urine
  3. There is a ketone on the blood

I’m sure you have limited tools to measure ketones in urine and / or blood. Therefore, we just see the blood sugar levels as a reference.

The argument for obtaining ketosis is to combine keto and intermittent fasting. Do not expect within a few hours or a day you will be in a ketosis state. It takes time. At least a week until you are really in ketosis state. Here I summarize some of the fastest way to archieve / enter / go / get back your body into ketosis (after carb up):

INDUCTION PHASE

  1. All foods are sourced from animal, especially fatty parts and also from vegetable fats (eg coconut oil, olive oil, coconut milk, etc.).
  2. Stop eating at 8 PM to 12 AM.
  3. Avoid Flour, Sugar, and Soy.
  4. Fruits are allowed only Avocado and Olives.
  5. Consumption of induction fiber source: Avocado, Green Cincau, Seaweed, Psyllium Husk.
  6. Drinking green tea after meals (anything).
  7. May drink anytime (water, coffee, or tea – without sugar).

For induction phase, usually last 3-4 days. To proceed to the consolidation phase, check your blood sugar. If less than 80 mg / dL, please proceed to the consolidation phase. If more than 80 mg / dL, continue the induction phase.

PHASE OF CONSOLIDATION

  1. All foods are sourced from animal, especially fatty parts and also from vegetable fats (eg coconut oil, olive oil, coconut milk, etc.).
  2. Stop eating at 8 PM to 14 AM.
  3. Avoid Flour, Sugar, and Soy.
  4. Fruits are allowed only Avocado and Olives.
  5. The fiber source in the consolidation phase comes from high fiber vegetables (Cruciferous) such as leaves, stems and flowers from plants.
  6. Drinking green tea after meals (anything).
  7. May drink anytime (water, coffee, or tea – without sugar).

For induction phase, usually lasts 6 – 7 days. To proceed to the maintenance phase, check your blood sugar. If less than 80 mg / dL, please proceed to the maintenance phase. If between 80 mg / dL to 90 mg / dL, continue the consolidation phase. And if the blood sugar is more than 90 mg / dL, please return again to the induction phase.

Note : combine with the use of VCO in each phase. (4-6) x 1 or 2 tablespoons for induction phase and (2-3) x 1 or 2 tablespoons for consolidation phase.
