Intermittent Fasting (IF)
Intermittent Fasting is a fasting of 16 hours to 23 hours (drinking only water, coffee or tea without sugar / using only non-calorie substitution sugar). Aim to trigger the process of ketogenesis when all carbohydrate (Glycogen) reserves in the body and Liver have been depleted (Fat metabolism), increase immune system response, accelerate detoxification and provide repair opportunities (Rejuvenation) to all body cells (Reverse Aging).
Intermittent Fasting begins with a fasting of 16 hours for the first 1-2 weeks, then is fasted 18 hours for the next week or so. At Advance level, fasting can be increased up to 20 hours per day, or 20 hours for 6 days and 23 hours 1 day in 1 week period.
